EXAMPLE

The structure/function analysis of HIV-1 glycoprotein gp120 performed by MS tools revealed the C-terminus of the second conserved domain (loop D) as interacting site for CD4 receptor. It was the first identification of this principal CD4 interacting domain on HIV-1 gp120.
